Ingredients

  • 1/4 c coconut milk
  • Juice of 1/4 or lemon
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • juice of 1 small knob of grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
  • pinch black pepper

Instructions

Prepare sauce by combining the coconut milk, lemon juice, ginger juice, salt and turmeric.

Put all ingredients in to a mason jar and drizzle over your favorite bowls, roasted veggies and salads! Keeps well in the fridge!
