Ingredients

  • 1 c mango, fresh or frozen
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 c avocado oil
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric root
  • 1 tsp juice from grated ginger
  • 1 pitted medjool date
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • pinch black pepper

Instructions

In a Vitamix or blender, add all ingredients and gently blend until smooth.

Store in a mason jar and drizzle over your favourite bowls, roasted veggies and salads! Keep in the fridge!
