Loaded with freshly-picked blackberries; this recipe is sweet, juicy with a hint of tart, and will make you crumble with delight!

With the abundance of blackberries ripening right now, it’s the opportune time to reap their benefits—Vitamin C and antioxidants to protect your cells, fibre to aid digestion, and manganese to support bone strength.

Lightly coat baking dish with some coconut oil Take approx 1/2 the mixture and press into baking dish Pour your blackberries into the dish Gently scoop the remaining mixture on top of the berries—imperfect little chunks is better.
