This dessert is not too good to be true. It’s delicious AND healthy! Made with raw cacao powder, rich in antioxidants, fibre and magnesium; and avocados containing good heart-healthy fat.

Nutritional Highlights

Avocado – Full of brain-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, inflammation reducing antioxidants, and blood pressure reducing potassium (30% more than a banana!).

Cocoa – Cocoa Raw cocoa appears to be packed with brain-boosting compounds that improve cognitive function, as well as being one the world’s most antioxidant-rich foods, full of minerals like magnesium, iron and copper, which are great for overall health and vitality.

Bravocado Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c thick coconut milk
  • 2 ripe avocados, pitted
  • 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 C pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 c organic almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp. pink himalayan salt
  • Chopped nuts, for garnish

Instructions

Scoop the avocado, coconut milk and maple syrup into blender

Blend

Add the cocoa, almond butter and salt

Blend until it is smooth

Eat immediately or refrigerate the pudding and serve cold

Top with nuts and pinch of salt
