However, breaking free of what’s comfortable is an ongoing, step-by-step journey. It’s not always easy and you have to consciously keep embracing expansion.
I love taking time to do fun activities with my friends. It allows me to pretend I am kid again, let go and play! Kids are carefree, aren’t stressed out and they really have mastered the art of kicking back, relaxing and have a good time.
At this point it crosses my mind to quit, head to the cafe’ and kick back with an Americano. I think I’ve gone as hard as I could… but the truth is 99% of the time you can always go harder and push further. It comes down to mindset.
