My first book—a truly unique, authentic piece of work that is ready for the holidays!

A year in the making, I began writing and designing this book as a way to inspire others; through stories, recipes, mindfulness exercises, and the components I feel have allowed me to live a zestier, happier and more meaningful life. The book takes a 360 degree approach to wellness; incorporating mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

It’s been an opportunity for me to face my biggest fears, aim high, and dive deep into my passions. And now it’s time to share these messages and this wisdom with the world!

Heck no! These meals taste great and just happen to be vegan. Try them out and see how they make you feel. They can be a nice addition to your weekly meals, or a bridge to consuming less animal based foods in your regimen.

Through writing and designing this book I have learned more about myself, and been able to delve deep into a heartfelt passion for helping others. My aim is to share my experiences, insights, stories and practices so that you can feel more vibrant, healthy and happy in your life. I hope that people enjoy this book so I can keep creating more zesty content.

Are your ingredients hard to find?
Not at all. I prefer a life of simplicity and minimalism, and creating quick food that’s also healthy is very important to me. These recipes have unique and sometimes complex flavours with some pretty basic ingredients that anyone can put together.

If I buy one cookbook this year why should this be the one?
This book is so much more than a cookbook. To perform at your best and feel your best in life, there are several important aspects other than food. In my book you will find a 360 degree approach to life, with insightful stories, worksheets for uncovering more of who you are, inspirational content, nutrition and cooking tips and tools, and so much more!
